Wonderful

The staff were superb! Well trained, friendly and hospitable. The hotel was clean, it was spacious and had all facilities. It was also kid friendly and overall I appreciated the welcoming attitude of everyone.

I can not think of anything I did not like.

Good but not amazing

Very clean and comfy room, great shower, some good facilities for kids (although some of it costs extra).

It's a shame they got rid of the mini golf course, only 1 small putting green now. Service in the restaurant was slow sometimes. Breakfast does not have great western options and croissants too dry.

A very comfortable hotel in good location. Can be a little noisy at times but overall very good

Nice large and spacious rooms with good air-conditioning. Breakfast is mostly local food. Some western options. Eggs cooked to your liking. Cappuccino is an additional cost but well worth it. Staff are very accommodating. The bar has a different live band every night and full kitchen with good food options. Good atmosphere and top barman with experience in cocktails and mixers.

Good third stay

It was my third stay, and as before, everything everything went well. Staffs were helpful and polite, breakfast has a wide range and tasted good. Room was very well maintained, clean and comfort. Hot shower was nice, bathroom clean and neat. Hope they keep their quality.

Bit far from city center, located at a busy highway which were bit dark at night.

I have stayed here several times and am always satisfied...

I have stayed here several times and am always satisfied with their service! Regardless the full-occupancy it was, both Mr. Aria (FBD) and Mrs. Niken could handle the breakfast floor very well: No delay in taking out the used plates and others from the tables, refilling the empty cuisine, it was amazing as usual. The spread choices for breakfast is more than what I had during my previous stay (also with my family): western, locals, live cooking, fresh juices (real one!) and hey,the INDOMIE family ???????????? Long ques to get our order! For sure I will put this property in my first list to stay for my next family vacation!

Good hotel

The facility is complete and clean. The food is good. They pools are great. It’s good place to have staycation with kids, since they have kid pools, playground, mini golf, and they even have MINI ZOO.

One of the elevator was broken. But, it’s not a big issue. The customer service was not good and I will tell you why. During the check-in, they asked for my ID card to be scanned as per standard check-in process. However, they forgot to give the ID card back and I also forgot to asked for it since I was tired of having road trip from Bandung. During the check-out when I asked to return my ID card, they were having difficulties to find my ID card. It took 1.5 hours for them to find my ID card. The disappointment was how they handle this situation. They only asked us to wait with no compensation. When we late for the check-out, they will charge us with overtime, but it will not be the same way when the hotel that cause the delay. It took 1 hour for me to have their manager to directly face me. Even after my ID card was found, the manager did not show to apologize. Aston Cirebon could be good value hotel for staycation. But, you should improve on how you handle crisis situation so that your client can be valued as they should be.

A must-stay experience - highly recommended with fantastic breakfast.

Location is not the best - but rarely do I get to stay in such a fantastic hotel....room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Hotel is fantastic and breakfast was just amazing. Atrium is amazing with live palms and orchids growing inside the hotel. They even serve beer if you want some! I will return to this hotel soon because I loved staying here.

Only stayed 1 night and I did not want to leave! Getting fat from eating too much at breakfast. Maybe needs more seating in front foyer - Jokes aside I can't fault the hotel.

It was very poor...sleep was interupted and managers on duty did little to solve issues.

Breakfast was fine when there was food..

This was one of the worst stays in a hotel i have ever experienced. Guests were loud and rude. We were upgraded to suite room for the trouble . Then the guest Indonesian guest above this room left their children unattended running banging and moving furniture from 1000pm to 100 am while they got drunk in the hptel disco.. The effort of hotel was for us to move rooms again, when we had moved at 10 pm to this suite room. Absolute and utter stupidity. Of four nights here 2 were virtually sleepless. This is not to mention food was often cold or uncooked. We are still fighting for a refund. As a paying guest, we were offered no drinking water in restruant, asked to pay for a tiny bottle of water, when group travelers were offered this for free and 10 meters away in hotel minimart a large bottle was offered for less. Considering this is the best hotel offered in cirebon, i recommend, dont go or stay in jakarta. Sent from my Sony Xperia™ smartphone

Room is specious,, Hotel facilities is complete for families with young children,,we can staycation in the hotel for day,, small zoo is cool for by baby,,lot of kids activity,, and the pool is great Location is great to from main destination in Cirebon

Building quality it's very standard and somehow lack of maintenance (we stay with balcony but will never thought to stay outside)
